We have access to stock photography, simple design software, as well as relevant news sources. We can use this to develop content to engage your audience.

What If I Still Want To Post On My Channels?

If you want to continue posting to your social media channels while we are posting, that is completely fine! After all, they are YOUR channels 🙂

How do you know what to post for my business?

After you select your plan make your first payment you will be immediately prompted to fill out our company service setup form. This form will ask you to go into great detail about your business, what you do, who you serve and what you’re trying to accomplish.

Once we have these details, your dedicated rep will review everything, conduct even more research and then begin to post content for your business. We also ask our clients to give us strong feedback on the posts so we can continue to get better everyday!

How is the FB/IG monthly credit used

Unless you tell us otherwise, we run an ongoing awareness campaign for your page.  Based on the answers from your company profile we create a custom audience in Facebook that is used advertise on your behalf.  

If a post is doing really well, we may ask you if you want to spend some of your credit boosting that post for increased engagement.  

What are your payment options? (monthly, quarterly,yearly...etc)

The Social Media Starter package is our only month to month package.  All other packages can be paid quarterly, biannually, or yearly
